Over 30 Hormone Support

I have been a faithful user of the O30HS for a couple of years now and I am very pleased with the results addressing bloating, hot flashes, joint pain, and sleeping through the night. I am 72 and have been post-menopausal for many, many years but would still get the occasional hot flash during the night especially. Living in Florida, the Summers can be brutal, so it is mandatory to keep the A/C running constantly plus I have a fan on at bedside for those rough nights. I also have arthritis in all joints so started with the Joint support as well and I was amazed that my hands were almost pain-free, enough that I was able to discontinue a prescribed Rx. I am facing knee surgery tomorrow so had to stop all of my OTC meds and vitamins last week and wow, the pain is back and I have had breakthrough hot flashes (yes, Summer is here), and difficulty staying asleep all night. I am looking forward to when I can resume my med regimen once again after my surgery is done. I am hoping this might also help with my recuperation period but only time will tell.
