    Tackled the hot flashes and joint pain within a week!

    I have been a faithful user of the O30HS for a couple of years now and I am very pleased with the results addressing bloating, hot flashes, joint pain, and sleeping through the night. I am 72 and have been post-menopausal for many, many years but would still get the occasional hot flash during the night especially.
